## Co-Owners Stephanie Severson & Cody Baxter & Team

Founded in 2023 by Physician Assistants Cody Baxter and Stephanie Severson, Progress Weight Management is one of North Dakota’s only PA-owned medical practices. After years in big healthcare, the co-founders set out to provide individualized, stigma-free care for people with obesity and metabolic concerns.

In just two years, Progress has rapidly expanded, adding three more medical providers and opening a satellite clinic in Valley City. A finalist for ChamberChoice Emerging Business of the Year, Progress offers evidence-based care focused on long-term health, not just weight loss. Every provider is certified in Obesity Medicine, and the team is backed by ongoing training, mentorship, and a supportive workplace culture.

Their mission is to empower people to feel better, live better, and build habits that last. One patient at a time, they’re creating a healthier and more inclusive community.
