Ultimate Elevation is bringing a fresh approach to exterior building maintenance across North Dakota and Minnesota. Founded by John Huderle, an FAA-certified remote pilot who continues to farm, the company uses drones to clean windows, facades, parking ramps, solar panels, and exterior surfaces.

By reducing the need for lifts and limiting equipment around occupied properties, Ultimate Elevation helps commercial, municipal, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, and multi-family clients complete projects with less disruption and improved safety. The company has cleaned West Acres Mall, the largest mall in North Dakota, and was the first business to introduce drone cleaning to the Red River Valley.
