President and Owner David Reid has spent most of his life in construction, from early days on the jobsite to earning his construction management degree from NDSU and now leading Radiant Homes.

Founded in 2012, Radiant Homes is a custom homebuilder known for pairing distinguished design with exceptional construction. The team specializes in new home construction, renovations, and additions throughout the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo region and Minnesota’s Otter Tail and Becker County lakes areas.
