## Owner & CEO Trisha Lake

Trisha Lake has been an entrepreneur since childhood, selling handmade hot pads, running a worm farm, and starting her first business at just seventeen. Years later, while raising her young daughter and pursuing a nursing degree, she began cleaning homes to make ends meet. During her nursing clinicals, she realized her true passion wasn't healthcare—it was serving people through cleaning. At 3 a.m., she called her father to say she was leaving nursing school. His support gave her the confidence to launch TLC Cleaning. Sixteen years later, TLC Cleaning has grown into a multimillion-dollar company with locations in Fargo, Grand Forks, and Detroit Lakes, serving more than 1,000 households and businesses throughout the region. Named to the Inc. 5000 list in 2024 and 2025, TLC has remained true to its mission of delivering peace of mind through exceptional service.
