## CEO Jory White

Guardian Property Management was built to give property owners their time back. Founded in 2020 by CEO Jory White, Guardian has grown from a side gig managing four Detroit Lakes properties into a focused property management company serving Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, Detroit Lakes, and soon the Perham area.

Today, Guardian manages over 100 units across long-term, mid-term, and short-term rentals, with a growing specialty in furnished rentals for traveling professionals and short-term guest stays. From marketing and screening to maintenance, cleaning, turnovers, accounting, and guest communication, Guardian handles the details so owners can enjoy the benefits of real estate without the day-to-day stress.

Small by design, Guardian treats every property like its own, combining responsive communication, strong systems, and genuine care.
