gener8tor is helping North Dakota entrepreneurs turn ideas into growing companies. From its Fargo office, the team leads mentorship-driven accelerator programs that connect early-stage founders with coaching, capital, and a nationwide network of investors and business leaders.

Its work includes the gener8tor 1889 Seed Fund, the North Dakota Investment Accelerator, and free, no-equity gBETA programs in Fargo and Grand Forks. Together, these initiatives provide founders with hands-on support while strengthening the region’s innovation ecosystem.

To date, gener8tor North Dakota programs have graduated 54 companies, helped create more than 180 jobs, and supported businesses that have raised $39 million in dilutive funding.

The team also invests beyond the startup ecosystem, serving local nonprofits, volunteering at events, and supporting community improvement efforts. By helping strong ideas take root close to home, gener8tor is building opportunity and long-term economic impact across North Dakota.
