Since 2010, Tyler Brandt has been a dedicated and passionate real estate agent focused primarily on finding the perfect commercial, retail, and office spaces for his clients. As a licensed REALTOR® with Property Resources Group, Tyler has a strong business sense, work ethic, and knowledge of the area to serve his clients through commercial sales, leasing, investment sales, design and build-to-suit, and land development.
Tyler is a Fargo native, receiving his degree from Concordia College, and has worked for RDO Equipment and successfully owned and operated two thriving businesses, NYNE Equipment and Brandt Crossing Development. He is always on the lookout for new real estate opportunities and has a deep understanding of what it’s like to be in his clients’ shoes as he has had to work hard himself searching for the ideal piece of land or commercial space.
Tyler’s process of working with clients starts with an in-depth interview to pinpoint their exact needs, such as the number of offices, break rooms, employees, and required square footage. Once the interview process is complete he leverages the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and his extensive network of relationships within the community to find the best possible deal. That extensive network is where Tyler truly shines as it allows him to find unique opportunities that might not be available through conventional channels.
When selling a property, Tyler conducts thorough research on comparable properties in the area to provide his clients with realistic expectations of what they can expect their property to sell for. His goal is always to ensure a smooth and successful transaction for both buyers and sellers.
Currently, Tyler has numerous spaces available throughout town, including office spaces in the Christianson Building at BLU Water Creek and plots of land available in the up-and-coming Timber Creek neighborhood.
