Menge joined American Waterworks in early 2020 and is dedicated to leading his team in serving the FargoMoorhead community. Menge was born and raised in the Red River Valley, and loves the Fargo-Moorhead community: “This community acts like family.” After traveling abroad for ten years in pastoral and missionary work, Menge returned home to Fargo to pursue business, and his heart for serving the community led him to American Waterworks. “Through my job, I get to be a good neighbor to everybody,” says Menge, who has worked hard to create a mindset and culture within American Waterworks that focuses on building a family of employees and having customers that stay with them forever.
