High-performing insulating glass units offer more than an aesthetic appeal to a home, they help keep homes warm during the winter and cool during the summer. They also provide natural light from the outside so people can enjoy the seasons and nature.
Since 1998, the Cardinal IG Fargo team has taken pride in their safety, diversity, and quality products. As a testament to their safety commitment, Cardinal achieved an OSHA VPP Star for its safety and health programs and has retained the award since 2017.
Cardinal offers several training and leadership development opportunities, including their very own corporate leadership training program known as “BedRock.” In addition to developing their teammates’ careers, they’re highly engaged in community programs such as the United Way of Cass Clay, the Chamber, and the EDC, and frequently sponsor initiatives in the area.
