Chief Operating Officer Sam Caven, a North Dakota State University graduate in construction management with a minor in business, joined Dabbert Custom Homes as a laborer in 2014 after meeting President Don Dabbert Jr. through the NDSU National Association of Home Builders student chapter. Nearly a decade later, Sam was named chief operating officer of Dabbert Custom Homes.
In his role, Sam oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments and with trade partners. His leadership in vertical construction complements Don Dabbert Jr.’s focus on land development.
