In her 12 years at American Crystal Sugar, Stephanie Heiden has taken advantage of all the mentorship and career advice given to advance through four positions, culminating in her current role as a chemist. Her curiosity has been pivotal to her success in enhancing sugar quality.
Alyssa Lyons is succeeding through a different path—since 2011, she’s earned four promotions and is currently a shift administrator. One of her favorite parts of the job is working with her team to problem-solve and nurture team member talent.
