As the company grew, Zack Arvidson and Mack Arvidson bought into Express Pros and are now Managing Partners. The brothers grew up in Grand Forks, never thinking they’d become business owners together. Both became interested in the business through their father, Don, who owned the business for many years and instilled the value of hard work and leading with a “servant’s heart”.
Zack attended UND and joined Express Pros shortly after graduating in 2013. “I love what I do! We are fortunate to partner with so many great local businesses in the area. It’s rewarding to help people find great jobs and at the same time help clients find great people,” says Zack.
Mack started a few years later in 2017, after attending Northern State University. “Knowing that at any moment you can change someone’s life for the better is what makes coming to work so rewarding and enjoyable. There’s nothing better than matching great people with great companies in our community!”

Lacey Peppersack has been a Specialized Recruiter/Headhunter with Express Employment Professionals for five years and came to Express Employment with an extensive background in customer service and sales.
