Through a full-circle journey, Boss’ Pizza & Chicken has opened a location in Fargo, ND after being in business in Sioux Falls since 2005. They are located in downtown Fargo which, coincidentally, is just blocks from where the owner’s father-in-law owned his own business.
Boss’ Pizza & Chicken offers handcrafted pizza and broasted chicken, along with pastas, salads, desserts, appetizers and even some gluten-free options! They also have a full liquor license so that customers can have their choice of drinks with their delicious meal. They have a great atmosphere consisting of all things sports; customers can catch up on local sports on their tickers and can see almost any sports-related thing they want on their TVs and Odds Boards. They even plan to offer events and comedy shows in their basement!
Boss’ is traditionally very involved in the community, from sponsoring local youth sports teams to providing a free Thanksgiving meal in Sioux Falls for the last 11 years. They plan to do much of the same in Fargo.
In addition to excellent food, exciting atmospheres and community involvement, what sets Boss’ Pizza & Chicken apart is their dedication to providing leadership opportunities to staff members and promoting from within.
“At this time, there are six people who came up through this company and started on the ground floor (delivery driver or cook) who are now part owners in their own Boss’ locations, a position they earned by providing work ethic and intangibles that showed me who they were,” owner Jeremy Seefeldt said.
Boss’ Pizza & Chicken is a local favorite in Sioux Falls and has won many awards, including Local Best Pizza and Local Best Chicken. They look forward to proving their worth to the people of Fargo!
