Mahana Fresh offers the FMWF community delicious food that’s sure to leave you in a good mood! Their menu consists of gluten-free, freshly made ingredients that come together in a build-your own-bowl you can feel good about eating. Choose from a variety of bases, vegetables, proteins, add-ons, and sauces to create a chef-inspired meal!
“In the tropics, Mahana means ‘like the sun’,” Cooper Wahlo, the owner, said. “We sincerely believe that good moods begin with good food and that everyone has a place at a table. That’s why we cater our creations to individual tastes.”
In addition to offering a fully glutenfree menu, Mahana Fresh also caters to most dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and dairy free. Plus, while the nearest Mahana Fresh outside of Fargo is located in Idaho Falls, this summer, community members will also be able to find Mahana Fresh at the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks baseball games!
