Chef’s Table Catering opened in 2016 in their brand new catering kitchen housed in Sanctuary Event Center. Offering a full range of catering services to the surrounding event spaces such as Sanctuary, The Pines Venues, and Riverhaven Event Space. Founders Kent Larson and Dan Hurder have since expanded their catering operations to Urban Foods Catering with partner Chef Jeff Reitz which opened in the new Armory Event Venue located in Moorhead, MN in 2022, to the event space in the new Drekker Brewhalla last May. The newest addition to the catering portfolio is a new partnership with Brew Catering & Events, with partners Britt and Alex Belquist.
