In addition to serving excellent food, The Tavern is dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences. One of the staff members responsible for making this happen is Taylor Steele, who started at the Tavern in 2021. Originally from Fergus Falls, MN, Taylor moved to the area to attend Minnesota State Community and Technical College, where she graduated in 2017 with a business degree in management, marketing and sales.
A jack of all Tavern Grill trades, Taylor works as a server, bartender, and expo. She’s known by her team as funspirited, energetic, and optimistic, and her positive energy is contagious to her neighboring staff members, no matter the role she’s in that day.
“My favorite part of working at The Tavern is the feeling of team and family I get from the staff,” Taylor said. “Working at The Tavern has taught me that making sure your team is supported is very important.”
