Before she was the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Tati’s Mediterranean Saveur, Tatiana Nammour was born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. Throughout her childhood, she was exposed to both Lebanese and French cuisine. She spent her days surrounded by the flavorful aromas of Lebanese food, and her teenage years were spent developing a love for freshly-baked breads and fine French patisserie. Today, her experiences have led her to develop a versatile palate that is reflected in everything she cooks for Tati’s Mediterranean.
Tati’s Mediterranean Saveur is located at The Lights in West Fargo. Tati’s features authentic Lebanese cuisine, a flagship of the Mediterranean diet, which boasts fresh ingredients, herbs, and spices. Each and every dish requires a specific and timeconsuming cooking process, resulting in light, flavorful, and delicious plates.
“We are fortunate to be in a growing community with people who are friendly and willing to try new foods,” Tatiana said. “We feel very lucky to be able to introduce a new cuisine to the area.”
