Driven by her passion for helping others, Founder and President of Chapter Aesthetic Studio Melissa Rogne has transformed the narrative around medical aesthetics by giving more people access to high-quality, trusted non-surgical cosmetic treatments. She believes that everyone deserves the same quality of treatment, which led to the development of Chapter University—an intensive professional training program based in Fargo required for all employees across all 17 locations prior to their first studio day.
“We have trained over 150 nurses, estheticians, and team members in our very own Chapter University here in Fargo, many of whom have never before visited the area,” Melissa said. Everyone who works at Chapter learns about the history of the company, the purpose, the vision, and the values that create the welcoming and positive culture and environment—all inspired by Melissa’s experience in Fargo since she moved here in the 1990s.
“The people here are like no other I have encountered—they’re always willing to lend a hand and support those in need,” Melissa said. “It has been a privilege to invest and grow in this community. Chapter would not be where we are today without the endless support of many in this region.”
