Kat Gulan
Kat Gulan started working at SCHEELS while attending graduate school at NDSU in 2019. “It didn’t take long for me to realize how amazing our company is. I genuinely enjoy the work we do in and around our community,” Kat said.
Kat works in Youth Clothing as the Girl’s Clothing Manager, allowing her to work with the best little customers in town, helping them pick items for them to wear that they will feel both comfortable and confident in.
“In the youth department, we have monthly training meetings to help us become experts on our products, but I think what really sets us apart is that we focus on the fun. Whether it’s running down the hallway with customers to help them test out their new shoes, giving out Ferris wheel tokens and free candy samples, or having fashion shows in the fitting rooms, we always strive to make their experience the best each and every day!”
Kat loves that each day is different and the many hats she gets to wear in her role, from finding the products customers come in for, placing orders, merchandising new products, and working with the social media team, she works to create the best possible experience for the youngest customers, as well as those shopping for them, at SCHEELS!
