As the Owner of Express Pros, Taylor Engelhart, has been dedicated to the staffing industry since 2007. “I graduated from NDSU and was seeking out my first opportunity when I came across Express Pros. I was able to start in a business I enjoy, start earning & saving money, and then invest in ownership of the Fargo office. To me, that is the definition of ‘The American Dream’.”
When asked what he enjoys the most now, Taylor states, “I have a great team. They are part of my family—I can either help them myself or find the resources they need whether that’s in business, in buying a new home, car, or whatever is necessary to help them grow personally and professionally. It’s very much like the staffing business. If someone comes in looking for help finding their next career—I get to be part of that journey. I’ve always said there is a job for everyone and every business needs people. I get to solve problems and help individuals find where they will be happiest at.”
