When he isn’t running Blueprint, Alex coaches boy’s varsity lacrosse in Moorhead. “Similar to personal training, there is a lot of pride in helping change lives for the better. Coaching young men to give maximum effort on the field and in the classroom is an investment in the future leaders of our community.”
