When it comes to accessorizing, Hailey Odden, Fashion Accessories Manager at SCHEELS, has you covered. Hailey loves fashion accessories because she gets to help so many customers, whether they are shopping for a gift for someone else, or are looking for the right accessories for themselves for an adventure, a special occasion, or just because! With a variety of jewelry options and accessories to choose from, there is something for each and every customer that accents their own style and makes their personality pop.
“The products we offer help people feel confident, and I get to show them new things they never thought they’d try,” Hailey said. “I also get the opportunity to get to know customers on a personal level, and every now and then I learn new things from them that make me a better person.”
Hailey started working at SCHEELS in 2019 at the age of 16 as a part-time cashier. It was one of the first places she applied to as a teenager and is grateful for her decision to do so, as she has had the ability to move into new roles and grow.
